How do I book and pay for a session?
You can email us (ashphotographyservices@gmail.com) or fill out a contact form on our contact us page to book a session.  Deposits are done through e-transfer and the rest of the payment can be given on the day of the photoshoot. We only take cash or e-transfer at the moment. Full payment must be received before receiving any photos. Taxes will be added on top of the package cost and is not included in the pricing already. Please note, deposits are non-refundable.

Where do you travel to?

Currently, we are located in Brantford, ON. However, we are very accommodating. We have an studio in Brantford Ontario, but also do in-home sessions, destination sessions, outdoor session, and more! We love exploring with our clients!  We also do destination shoots both nationally and internationally - fees may vary.

Do you require a deposit?
Yes, we do require a deposit to hold your photoshoot date. The deposit is 50% of the total cost of your photoshoot. This can be given through e-transfer or cash.  This deposit is not returned as it is deducted from your total cost.
Do you offer prints, wood transfers or canvases?
Yes, we offer a variety of prints, wood transfers and canvases in multiple sizes. All of our printing options offer high quality that allow the work to be enjoyed to it's fullest potential. We advise clients to contact us if they want to print their images to ensure quality is maintained.

How do I receive my pictures?
Currently, our clients preview and download their through an online gallery.. This way our clients can easily preview their photos for selection. After photos are selected and edited, they will be able to download them through a new online gallery. The photos are secure and can be easily downloaded to your computer.  If you prefer to have your photos on USB there is an additional cost.


Is there a cancellation fee?
If you were to cancel your photo shoot with us the non-refundable deposit will not be returned and will be taken as a cancellation fee. Sessions can not be downgraded. If you decide to opt for a smaller package this will be treated as a cancellation. The reason for this is because we reserved our time for your shoot. Please note, cancellation fees vary for larger events such as weddings. Please refer to your contract for specific details on cancellation. Sessions can not be downgraded. How many photos do I get?
The amount of photos you will get will depend on the package or special you select.  In most cases, you will receive a set amount of edited photos and unedited photos. If you want additional photos added to your package there will be an additional cost that will be worked out.
Are the photos edited?
Yes, our photos are edited and sorted through for our clients. All editing is done based on the editor and photographers professional opinion. However, we are flexible and willing to work with special requests.
How long does it take to get my pictures?
The time to get your pictures does vary depending on the type of package you purchased. However, it takes approximately 2-3 weeks to receive your previews and up to 4 weeks to receive your finals. The time frame is extended for weddings and events. However, we do try to get you your photos done as soon as possible!  Please note the time for wedding and event photos is longer due to the higher quantity of photos. Wedding finals can take between 3-4 months to receive.  Clients are able to pay a small rush order fee to receive their photos faster!
